Odell Beckham Jr is Finished with the Cleveland Browns
Odell Beckham Jr received his wish as the star wideout will be released by the Cleveland Browns on Friday.
He's been 'absent' from practice after he wasn't traded before the November 2 deadline. Even after Beckham Sr released a video of all the times his son was open and Baker Mayfield didn't get him the ball. OBJ also had his close friend LeBron James start the #FreeOdell movement and now the result is this.
The Browns will now put Beckham on waivers and they have apparently worked out a deal for his contract should he go unclaimed on the waiver wire, this according to Mike Florio of Pro Football.
It's been quite the ride for Beckham and the Browns as he and Mayfield seemed like they could never get on the same page. Add in all the injury trouble for the both of them and it's been tough to build that consistent chemistry week in and week out.
Today is Odell Beckham Jr.’s 29th birthday.

There's going to be a ton of interest in the game-changing receiver as expect to see the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, New Orleans Saints, New England Patriots and Buffalo Bills give Beckham a look. The three-time Pro Bowler may not be the receiver he once was, but there's still a ton of game left for OBJ.
