NFL Rumors: Bengals Interested In Center

According to Aaron Wilson of Pro Football Network, the Cincinnati Bengals are expected to pursue veteran center, Bradley Bozeman, if he hits the open market.

Bozeman became a notable part of the Baltimore Ravens over the last few seasons, so they naturally want to keep him around if possible. However, there also will be teams like the Bengals who will be open to giving him a nice raise, so it isn't a guarantee that he will re-sign with Baltimore.

Bozeman had himself a very solid year this past season, too. In 16 contests, he allowed three sacks and committed one penalty. Overall, he once again cemented himself a permanent starting job with the Ravens. It won't be the easiest of tasks for them to replace him if he does decide to walk.

The Bengals just finished this campaign with a 10-7 record and went on a great run in the playoffs - only to fall in the Super Bowl to the Los Angeles Rams. However, they clearly are a team on the rise and should be aggressive during the offseason. Bozeman shouldn't be the only player they are linked once free agency gets into full swing.
