Giants Wide Receiver Has Fun Take On Trade Rumours Surrounding Him
At this time of year, the cuts, trades and most importantly trade speculation are off the charts, and for some players, this can really affect their mental health as they face uncertainty about their future. For others though, they're thankfully able to have a sense of humour about it, and that was on full display today in an interview with New York Giants wide receiver, Darius Slayton.
When asked about the trade rumours, Slayton had a short and brilliant response.
It's safe to say that Darius is either having some fun here, or he's very confident in his abilities as a wide receiver, or potentially both, as this was a fun way to mix up interviews which are usually very generic and standard at this time of year.#Giants WR Darius Slayton to me on trade rumors: "If the Rams call them and they’re like, ‘Hey, we’ll give you Aaron Donald for Darius Slayton,’ I’d make that trade, too.’’
