Jaguars Wide Receiver Added To Injury Report, Misses Practice

The Jacksonville Jaguars have had a shockingly good start to the 2022 season, with dominant victories over the Indianapolis Colts and Los Angeles Chargers, and while the defence has been fantastic, it's the arm of Trevor Lawrence that stands out the most. Unfortunately for Lawrence, one of his top receivers, Zay Jones, was today placed on the Jaguars injury report, and missed practice, which could be a major loss if he can't play on Sunday.

No one expected the Jaguars to be this good, but they're very well coached and the talent on the offensive side of the ball is performing, with Jones having his best performance in Week 3, reeling in 10 catches for 85 yards and 1 Touchdown.

If he does miss Sunday's battle against the 3-0 Philadelphia Eagles, it will be a huge blow for Jacksonville, who aim to head to 3-1 for the first time in a long time. At this point, it's not considered a serious injury, and the Jaguars would be happy if Jones missed just one game at the most, but it's still something to keep an eye on, as he's become a very valuable player for this Jacksonville squad early in 2022.
