Lions Star Misses Practice For Second Straight Day

The Detroit Lions, despite sitting at 1-2 and last place in a very competitive NFC North have been fantastic to start the year, and one of the biggest reasons for that is the young offensive unit breaking out, with the biggest breakout star being wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown. He has won many fantasy games for his teams with amazing performances in Weeks 1 and 2, but unfortunately in Week 3, he suffered an ankle injury in the loss to Minnesota, which has now caused him to miss two straight days of practice.

St. Brown has been electric through 3 weeks, racking up 253 yards receiving and 3 Touchdown's, and if the Lions are to climb out of the obscurity they've found themselves in over the past several seasons, he, along with DeAndre Swift, T.J. Hockenson and rookie Jameson Williams will be a big part of that.

Unfortunately for Lions fans, the breakout star has missed two straight days of practice, and with a very winnable game against the Seahawks on Sunday, he would be a critical loss as the team looks to scratch and claw back to 2-2. Swift also has an injury cloud over his head, and if the Lions are missing both of them, it will be a tough game to win, but if both can find a way to get on the field, this very fun Detroit team will have a chance to get back into the NFC North divisional race.
