Arizona Activate Wide Receiver From Suspension

The Arizona Cardinals have been in the headlines all morning today, as they lost Marquise Brown for the season, likely lost guard Justin Pugh, while also trading for Robbie Anderson, and in a second bit of good news for the team and their offensive unit, DeAndre Hopkins has officially been activated from the 6-game suspension handed out before the 2022 season began.

Hopkins is renowned as being one of, if not the best wide receiver in the NFL when healthy, and in his two seasons with the Cardinals, he's put up almost 2,000 receiving yards and 14 Touchdowns in 26 games, and the team desperately need him to hit the ground running in 2022.

In just nine seasons at the NFL level, Hopkins has already registered 789 catches for 10, 581 receiving yards and 68 Touchdowns, and if he can somehow keep up that pace, he could go down as one of the best receivers to ever play in the league. That's what Arizona are hoping for over the next 11 weeks, as they are currently sitting at 2-4 on the young season, but at just a game back in the NFC West, they have a chance to build momentum and catch up to the rest of the pack, but to do that, they'll need Hopkins and Anderson to be huge influence's going forward.
