Cardinals Kicker Ruled Out for Week 5

Arizona Cardinals kicker Matt Prater did not practice on Wednesday.

Prater suffered a right hip injury in Arizona's Week 4 game against the Carolina Panthers. He was listed as questionable to return to the game but ultimately remained sidelined.
Running back Eno Benjamin took over kickoff duties while the Cardinals went for two-point conversions on offense.

Matt Ammendola, currently on the practice squad, will take over kicking duties in Week 5 against the Philadelphia Eagles. Ammendola recently served as Harrison Butker's replacement in Kansas City but was released last week.

Prater is 4-4 this season on extra point attempts, and 6-6 on field goals, tying him for first in the league in both categories.
