Colts All-Pro Running Back On Track For Week 7 Return

The Indianapolis Colts have had one of the strangest and most inconsistent starts to a season in NFL history, but after a few solid performances, the team have got themselves back to 3-2-1, and with a shot at the AFC South division crown a very realistic possibility in 2022, they need to get healthy and continue to put good performances together. They managed an amazing output in Week 6 with Deion Jackson putting up over 100 yards on the game, but even despite his struggles, Jonathan Taylor remains one of the best backs in the entire NFL, and when healthy, he can take this Colts team from a good playoff team, to one that can make genuine noise come playoff time.

Taylor has managed just 328 yards on the ground with 1 Touchdown in 2022, and if Indianapolis do want to make noise with their fantastic defence and solid offensive group, then he'll need to get back to 2021 form, if not, it looks like the Tennessee Titans are very much good enough to claim back-to-back division titles.

Taylor has missed the last two games with an injury, but after returning earlier in the week, he was a full participant in today's practice, and if he can get through the next three days without sustaining another injury, it looks like he will be in line to return when the Colts take on those division rival Titans for a shot at first place in the AFC South.
