Commanders Tight End to Miss Week 6

He will miss his second straight game.

The Washington Commanders have ruled out tight end Logan Thomas for Week 6's matchup against the Chicago Bears.
Thomas will miss a second straight game after failing to practice Tuesday or Wednesday.

Through four games, Thomas has 13 receptions for 106 yards and a touchdown on 20 targets.

With Thomas out last week, the Commanders went to second-year tight end John Bates for the start. Bates caught all three of his targets for 39 yards but only played on 59 percent of the team's snaps. He'll likely play a similar role this week.

The 1-4 Commanders take on the 2-3 Bears in Week 6.
