Saints Hint At Starting QB In Week 7

The New Orleans Saints kick off Week 7 tonight against the Arizona Cardinals, and with a 2-4 record coming in and plenty of struggles over the past few weeks, this one is a game they need to take, but as of right now, they are still yet to name a starting Quarterback for the game. Jameis Winston began the 2022 season as their starting QB, but after being injured and seeing veteran Andy Dalton start the past three games, there were certainly question marks over who would lead the team when Winston got healthy.

They've yet to make an announcement, but according to NFL Insider Ian Rapoport, Winston has yet to run a completely healthy practice, so at this moment, it looks like Dalton will once again be the starter on Thursday Night Football, unfortunately without Michael Thomas and Jarvis Landry.

The Saints still have Taysom Hill, Alvin Kamara and Chris Olave out there, so they aren't lacking for talent, but up against another desperate team in the Cardinals, this one is going to be must-win for both squads. Either way, at this point, all signs are pointing to Andy Dalton for the fourth straight week, unless something major changes over the next few hours.
