Steelers Up Asking Price for WR

There have been rumblings around the league that the Pittsburgh Steelers are shopping wide receiver Chase Claypool.

However, according to Jordan Schultz, the Steelers are reportedly looking for a second-round draft pick in return for Claypool.

A league executive also told Bill Huber of NFL Network that his trade price would be similar to what the Carolina Panthers got for Christian McCaffrey, which was multiple ''2nd-round picks, a 3rd and a 5th.''
The Steelers won't just trade Claypool for pennies, as one GM put it: ''They're not going to trade him just for the sake of it. He's a talented guy. They'd have to get back something pretty sweet.''

The twenty-four-year-old receiver has 28 catches for 266 yards and a touchdown on 44 targets this season.

It remains to be seen if the young receiver will be dealt before Tuesday's deadline.
