Bengals Sign Wide Receiver

He was released by the Houston Texans a couple of weeks ago.

Now, the Cincinnati Bengals have signed wide receiver Tyron Johnson to it's practice squad.

With the Bengals expected to get Ja'Marr Chase back from the injured reserve this week, it's interesting to see the team continue to add to their receiver depth as it appears their wide receiver room will likely be back to full strength for the first time in over a month.

Johnson appeared in two games for the Texans, catching one pass for eight yards on one target. Over his three-year career, the wide receiver has played 22 games, recording 23 catches for 422 yards and three touchdowns on 32 targets.

He's spent time with the Los Angeles Chargers, Jacksonville Jaguars and the Texans, and he'll now look to continue his career elsewhere.
