Browns Tight End Will Play In Week 12

Browns tight end David Njoku has been dealing with both an ankle and knee injury as of late, and while he returned to action a week ago, there were still doubts that he could go once again in Week 12, as the Browns host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Head Coach Kevin Stefanski confirmed that Njoku will play again in Week 12, and while he's likely to see an increase in workload, he's still going to be limited, and with just one week until DeShaun Watson returns, likely as the starting QB for this team, it's a must win game if they want to hold on to any hope of a playoff run in 2022.

In eight games so far this season, Njoku has hauled in 36 catches for 435 yards and a Touchdown, and while it's certainly not the best season of his career, he remains a solid target for Browns starting QB's, and with the return of Watson, there's a chance he takes off in the final few weeks of the season.
