Cardinals Place Starting Centre On Injured Reserve

The Arizona Cardinals have arguably been the NFL's most disappointing teams thus far in 2022, and it's no surprise given all of the injuries and suspensions they've had to deal with, and while the situation with Kyler Murray will garner the most headlines, it's not the only thing the team is dealing with right now.

After contemplating retirement this past off-season, Rodney Hudson returned to the team for the 2022 season and was named the starter for opening weekend, and after five games played, the former All-Pro has missed the last four, and has now officially been placed on Injured Reserve, meaning that he will be out for at least the next four too.

The Cardinals have already dropped to last place in the NFC West with just 3 wins through their first nine games of the season, so by the time Hudson comes back, this team may be completely out of the playoff race, so right now, losing a veteran leader and centre like this isn't a good sign at all.
