Cowboys Defensive Star Did Not Practice Ahead Of Thursday Night Football

The Dallas Cowboys absolutely dominated the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, but with Thanksgiving right around the corner, they have a quick turnaround before a Thursday Night matchup with their NFC East rival New York Giants, so the last thing they want is players to miss such a crucial matchup.

With the short turnaround, there's a very good chance that all of the players listed as 'DNP' on Monday's injury report were just being rested (apart from those dealing with the illness), but it's still noteworthy, given that superstar linebacker Micah Parsons cropped up on the injury report today.

Four players are listed as Do Not Participate with illness, but Parsons is listed as having both knee and ankle issues, and with both the Cowboys and Giants sitting at 7-3 on the season with the 6-5 Commanders right behind them, it makes this matchup even more important, so missing a player the magnitude of Parsons could potentially impact their chances in a massive way.
