Eagles Designate Rookie Defensive Tackle To Return From Injured Reserve

The rookie could be back as soon as this week.

The Philadelphia Eagles have designated defensive tackle Jordan Davis to return from the injured reserve.

Davis has been out since suffering a high-ankle sprain in Week 8 versus the Pittsburgh Steelers, and the team now has a 21-day practice window to activate him or he'll remain on the IR for the rest of the season. However, there is a good chance the Eagles get the talented rookie back as soon as this week.

In seven games this season, the twenty-two-year-old has 14 total tackles and one pass defended.

Davis was the Eagles' first-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft.
