Falcons Star Cornerback Returns To Practice

The Atlanta Falcons, despite losing two games in five days, are still sitting at 4-6, just one game behind the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the NFC South race, and now, they're getting a major boost to this defence for the stretch run home, as superstar cornerback A.J. Terrell will officially return to practice today for the first time in weeks.

Terrell has missed the past three games with a hamstring injury, and although he's officially considered questionable for the teams Week 11 matchup with Justin Fields and the young Chicago Bears, there's a very good chance that he will be on track to make his return in this one.

A.J. was off to quite a slow start in 2022, but over his first two seasons in the NFL, he has proven to be a lockdown corner, racking up 1 sack, 4 Interceptions, 4 forced fumbles and 23 passes defended, and if he can get back and healthy and lock down opposing WR1's, this is a team that could challenge Tampa Bay for the NFC South crown all the way to the final day of the season.
