Giants Activate Cornerback From Injured Reserve

He's had a rough start to his career.

The New York Giants have activated cornerback Rodarius Williams from the injured reserve.

The Giants signed DL Henry Mondeaux off practice squad.

Activated CB Rodarius Williams off IR.

Released OL Devery Hamilton + DB Justin Layne.

The beginning of a bunch roster shuffling next few weeks. Shane Lemieux, Ben Bredeson, Azeez Ojulari hopefully come back soon too.

Williams had his 21-day return window opened Oct. 27, and the Giants waited almost the maximum time allowed before adding him back to their 53-man roster.

The second-year cornerback has yet to make his 2022 debut, having suffered a torn ACL last October, ending his rookie season early.

Williams was the Giants' sixth-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.
