Grim Injury Update On Cardinals Tight End

He was carted off with a knee injury early in the game.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Arizona Cardinals' tight end is expected to miss multiple weeks.

The good news, however, is that Ertz's ACL appears to be intact though an MRI on Monday will clarify the whole injury even more.
Head coach Kliff Kingsbury didn't have an immediate update on the tight end's injury following the game, but it looks like Ertz will be missing multiple games after hurting his knee in the first quarter of the team's 27-17 win over the Los Angeles Rams.

In his absence, Trey McBride will start at tight end.

Ertz had been enjoying a solid season before the injury, hauling in 47 passes for 406 yards and four touchdowns on 69 targets.
