Injury Update On Bengals No. 1 Running Back

He was forced out of Sunday's game with a concussion.

Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon remains in the NFL's concussion protocol ahead of Wednesday's practice.
Mixon will need to clear the league's concussion protocol to be able to play in Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans.

Samaje Perine will function as the No. 1 running back if Mixon is unable to go this weekend.

In 10 games this season, the twenty-six-year-old Mixon has 605 rushing yards and six touchdowns on 158 attempts this season. In addition, he has 41 receptions for 314 yards and two touchdowns on 53 targets through 10 games.

The Bengals would love to get Mixon back, as he appeared to finally be heating up.
