Jets No. 1 Receiver Out For Week 9

He'll miss a second straight week.

New York Jets head coach Robert Saleh said Friday that wide receiver Corey Davis is out for Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills.
Davis is out for a second straight game due to his MCL sprain. Saleh did express some optimism that the team will get Davis back after their Week 10 bye, in time to face the New England Patriots on Nov. 20.

For Sunday's game against the Bills, however, that leaves rookie Garrett Wilson as the Jets' clear No. 1 receiver, with Denzel Mims, Braxton Berrios and Elijah Moore as the other top receivers.

So far this season, Davis has 19 receptions for 351 yards and two touchdowns on 34 targets.
