Jets Rookies Secure Another Rookie Of The Week Award

It's no secret that the New York Jets have been fantastic to start the 2022 season, with a 6-3 record as they head into their bye in Week 10, and while their success can be attributed to many factors, it's their breakout rookie class that has garnered the most attention. Breece Hall, Garrett Wilson, Jermaine Johnson and most notably Sauce Gardner have been absolutely incredible in helping the Jets resurgence, and in no place is that more evident than the weekly NFL Pepsi Rookie of the Week Award.

Through 8 weeks, the Jets secured 6 of them, with Wilson, Hall and Gardner securing 2 each, but after a fantastic performance in Week 9, Gardner has been named Rookie of the Week for a third time, marking the Jets sixth consecutive week securing the award.

While it's no doubt based on popularity, as the Jets fans on Twitter have done a great job, this is still impressive regardless, as the Jets may have landed a historic rookie class, with Michael Clemons and Max Mitchell added to the mix as well, but with another Rookie of the Week award, it's clear now who won the draft back in April.
