Panthers Rule Out Running Back For Week 9

He'll miss a second straight week.

The Carolina Panthers have ruled out running back Chuba Hubbard for Week 9's game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Hubbard did not practice Friday after having been limited Wednesday and Thursday, setting him up for a second straight missed contest. That leaves D'Onta Foreman, who is coming off back-to-back games with 100-plus rushing yards, to lead the Panthers backfield again on Sunday versus the Bengals.

Hubbard's next chance to play will come in Week 10 when the Panthers square off against the Atlanta Falcons again. On 15 attempts this season, Hubbard has 97 rushing yards and one touchdown.
