Rams Waive Tight End

Looking for an opportunity elsewhere.

The Los Angeles Rams have waived tight end Kendall Blanton.
Blanton signed with the Rams back in September, while the team's other tight end, Brycen Hopkins, served a three-game suspension for violating the league's substance abuse policy.

Hopkins suspension has now been lifted, and the Rams have parted ways with Blanton after he played just 25 offensive snaps for the team over the last four games.

In total, dating back to last season, Blanton has played 15 games with the Rams, catching six passes for 72 yards on nine targets. He won the Super Bowl with the team in 2021.
