Saints Activate Running Back From Practice Squad, Will Play Tonight

The New Orleans Saints, despite their struggles, still have one of the strongest running back rooms in the lead, with both Alvin Kamara and Mark Ingram capable of playing as a starter, but now that Ingram is injured and will miss the Monday Night Football matchup against the Baltimore Ravens, they've added another veteran to the room.

Jordan Howard is a former Pro Bowler, with over 5,000 All Purpose yards racked up throughout his career, to go along with 39 Touchdowns on his career, and at 28-years of age, he still has plenty of gas left in the tank, and this may be his chance to prove it. Kamara had his best game of the season last week however, so it's clear that he will still be getting the majority of touches, but if Howard can get the ball, he'll go a long way to prove that he can still be a serviceable back in the NFL.

This may be close to a must-win game for the Saints, who could move into a three-way tie for first place in the NFC South with a victory, and if Howard can turn back the clock, this is an offence that could be incredible for the remainder of 2022.
