Seahawks Expected Active Cornerback Off PUP List

The Seattle Seahawks defence features two of the best rookies in the entire NFL in Coby Bryant and Tariq Woolen, and it's led to this team being one of the toughest in the entire NFL, and today, that unit got even stronger, as Pete Carrol announced the team have officially activated cornerback Tre Brown to the active roster from the Physically Unable to Perform list.

The 2021 fourth round pick was impressive to start his 2021 campaign, but hurt his knee in Week 11 and was placed on season ending Injured Reserve, and was placed on the PUP list to begin 2022, but now, he is back, and will give this team much needed depth for the stretch run as they look to hold off the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC West divisional race.

In just five games as a pro, Brown has racked up 10 tackles and 1 pass defended, and while he's definitely not going to get significant time in 2022, he will be a solid depth piece who can provide some impact for this young, talented defence.
