Titans Designate Linebacker To Return From Injured Reserve

He's missed the last nine games.

The Tennessee Titans have designated linebacker Ola Adeniyi to return from the injured reserve.

Adeniyi was placed on the injured reserve after suffering a neck injury in Week 2's game against the Buffalo Bills. He'll now return to practice and have a 21-day window to be activated before he reverts to the IR for the remainder of the season.

In 16 games last season, the twenty-five-year-old recorded 21 total tackles, 2.5 sacks and one pass defended.

With fellow linebackers Harold Landry set to miss the rest of the season and Denico Autry questionable for Sunday's game, Adeniyi could return to game action as soon as this week against the Philadelphia Eagles, given his ability to practice this week.
