Arizona Cardinals GM Taking Leave Of Absence

The Arizona Cardinals 2022/23 NFL season has been an absolute rollercoaster, and after the devastating injury to Kyler Murray on Monday Night Football, their playoff chances are officially over, and as of today, the tumultuous season continues.

The Cardinals today announced that General Manager Steve Keim is taking an indefinite leave of absence from his role, with his health being the reason cited, and while no other explanation is given, it's a high stress role for anyone, so it's easily understandable as to why a break is needed.

With an important off-season ahead for this franchise, there's going to be plenty of decisions made, so it's unclear whether Keim will be back before that time or not, but in the meantime, his duties will be handled by Vice President of Player Personnel Adrian Wilson, and we hope that Keim can use this time away to get healthy and come back better than ever.
