Chicago Bears Wide Receiver Misses Thursday Practice

The Chicago Bears are eliminated from playoff contention in 2022, but the team has plenty to look forward to in 2023 and beyond, and one of those positives is now the wide receiver group, with Byron Pringle, Darnell Mooney and Chase Claypool all giving young Quarterback Justin Fields solid targets to look towards.

Claypool was brought over from Pittsburgh at the deadline in a solid deal for both parties, and while he hasn't made much of an impact, with just 5 catches for 111 yards, he has all the potential in the world, and will be a major asset for this team going forward.

Unfortunately for Chase, he's been nursing a knee injury as of late, and has resulted in several missed practices, including Thursday, and with a matchup against the NFC East leading Eagles on Sunday, they'll need him healthy if they want to cause a major upset, so this is a story that will be updated going forward.
