Eagles Make Quarterback Change For Week 16

It won't be Jalen Hurts this week.

Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni said, ''It's looking like it's going to be Gardner Minshew'' when asked about the team's Week 16 starting quarterback.

Minshew is back Eagles fans, and he will start this weekend against the Dallas Cowboys.

Jalen Hurts is still dealing with a sprained shoulder and has yet to practice this week, paving the way for Minshew to make his first start of the 2022 season.

Last season with the Eagles, the twenty-six-year-old threw for 439 yards, four touchdowns and one interception over four games. For his career, he's completed 544-of-861 pass attempts for 6,003 yards, 41 touchdowns and 12 interceptions across 30 games.

Minshew is one of the better backup quarterbacks in the league, and it should be interesting to see how he fares against one of the best defenses in the league with the Cowboys.
