Jacksonville Jaguars QB Expected To Start On Thursday Night Football

The Jacksonville Jaguars have been on a run as of late, with a 4-2 record in their past 6 games behind fantastic play from the 2021 No. 1 overall pick Trevor Lawrence, and now, they have a chance to move into a tie for first place in the AFC South with the Tennessee Titans as they battle the New York Jets on Thursday Night Football.

While they've unfortunately had to rule out two key pieces on the defence, with both Travon Walker and Foley Fatukasi officially ruled out, they've also got some good news, albeit unsurprising, with Trevor Lawrence expected to play despite still dealing with a toe injury that's limited him in practice these last two weeks.

It seemingly hasn't effected him on the field however, as he's in the midst of his best stretch as a pro thus far, but the Jets provide a massive challenge, as they have one of the best defence's in the NFL, and with so much on the line, this could be the best Thursday Night Football matchup of the season.
