Ravens Claim Veteran Receiver Off Waivers
Joining the Baltimore Ravens.
The Ravens have claimed wide receiver Sammy Watkins off waivers from the Green Bay Packers.

Watkins had barely been active in Weeks 12 and 13 with the Packers as the team was utilizing their young receivers much more. However, such is not the case in Baltimore, as even veteran DeSean Jackson is playing. As a result, Watkins should get more playing time there than he was getting in Green Bay.
Watkins spent the 2021 season with the Ravens, hauling 27 passes for 394 yards and one touchdown on 49 targets over 13 games.
