Saints Running Back Suffers MCL Tear

His season is likely over.

New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram suffered an MCL tear during Monday's loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. According to Ian Rapoport, he is expected to be out 4-6 weeks.

With only five more weeks left in the regular season, Ingram's season is more than likely over.

In 10 games this season, the thirty-two-year-old has 233 rushing yards and a touchdown over 62 attempts. The Saints have a few running backs on their roster to take over the RB2 role like Dwayne Washington, David Johnson and Derrick Gore.

It will be interesting to see how the thirty-two-year-old moves forward following this season.
