Seahawks Work Out Defensive Tackle

With the Seattle Seahawks losing a defensive tackle last week, they're looking to add another one.

Defensive tackle Frank Herron had a workout with the Seahawks on Tuesday.

Herron had been with the Carolina Panthers since the start of the 2021 season but spent most of that time on the practice squad, getting into just one game.

The twenty-eight-year-old was then cut from the Panthers' practice squad with an injury settlement in October and is looking for an opportunity with a new team.

With the Seahawks placing Bryan Mone on the injured reserve, and Al Woods dealing with a hamstring injury, the team is definitely in need of healthy players at the position.

For his three-year career, Herron has 12 total tackles and one pass defended across eight games played.
