Seattle Seahawks Wide Receiver Aggravates Wrist Injury

The Seattle Seahawks are getting perilously thin at pass catcher. Wide receiver Marquise Goodwin exited with a wrist injury early in the second half of the Seahawks' Week 16 matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs and is questionable to return.

Goodwin aggravated an existing wrist injury on the Seahawks' first drive of the second half. He had failed to haul in either of his two targets before his exit. He has tallied 387 receiving yards and four touchdowns in his 13 appearances this season.

Goodwin ranked fourth on the Seahawks in receiving entering today's game. The team's leading receiver, Tyler Lockett, is already inactive this week because of a hand injury. The Seahawks trail the Chiefs 17-3 after three quarters.

Goodwin joined the Seahawks via free agency earlier this year. The eight-year veteran has compiled 3023 yards and 18 touchdowns over 102 appearances with the Seahawks, Buffalo Bills, San Francisco 49ers, and Chicago Bears.
