Texans Sign Wide Receiver

Joining the Houston Texans. 

The Texans have signed wide receiver D.J. Montgomery to the practice squad.

Montgomery joins a new team for the first time after being released by the Indianapolis Colts in the preseason.

The twenty-six-year-old made his NFL debut last season, recording three receptions for 36 yards on six targets over three games with the New York Jets.

With several players questionable for Sunday's game, Montgomery could find himself elevated to the active roster for this week's game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
