Titans Rule Out Linebacker For This Week

He left Sunday's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles with the injury and he's apparently still not recovered.

The Tennessee Titans have ruled out linebacker David Long for this week's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Long did not practice at any point this week, making it obvious that he wouldn't suit up for Sunday's game, and leaving his status questionable for next week's game as well.

His absence this week is tough news for the Titans' defense, but great news for the Jaguars' run game.

In 12 games this season, the twenty-six-year-old has 86 total tackles, two interceptions and five passes defended.
