2 Cleveland Browns Elevated from Practice Squad

The Cleveland Browns have promoted John Kelly Jr. and Roderick Perry II to their active roster.

Kelly has not appeared in a game for the Browns this season. However, he does come with 12 games of NFL experience, where he has recorded zero touchdowns, 32 rushes, and 96 rushing yards. 

Perry, on the other hand, appeared in one game for the Browns earlier this season. During hit, he recorded a solo tackle.
