Cleveland Browns Star Cornerback Unsure For Season Finale

It's a big game for both teams.

Cleveland Browns' cornerback Denzel Ward is uncertain for Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Ward left Sunday's game against the Washington Commanders in the second half with a shoulder injury, and was replaced by A.J. Green.

Ward got the Browns off to a great start in their eventual victory, intercepting a Carson Wentz pass on his opening drive, which would lead to a field goal and a Browns' 3-0 lead.

The reason the game this week is so important is because the Browns have a chance to knock the 8-8 Steelers out of playoff contention.

The presence of their star cornerback would greatly aid them in accomplishing this. In 13 games this season, Ward has 52 total tackles, two fumble recoveries, three interceptions and 14 passes defended.
