Buccaneers Won't Rest Starters In Meaningless Week 18 Game

Somehow, it took the Tampa Bay Buccaneers until the Week 17 victory over the Carolina Panthers to clinch the NFC South, and now, with their spot locked up, their Week 18 clash against the Atlanta Falcons have no bearing on the rest of their year, potentially allowing them to rest some players ahead of the playoffs.

According to Head Coach Todd Bowles however, the team has no intention of doing so, as this is the perfect chance for them to continue building momentum on both sides of the ball, ahead of what is going to be a very tough playoff run for Tom Brady and the Bucs.

When healthy and clicking, this is a team capable of winning some games come playoff time, but right now, they look a little off the pace, so perhaps, a Week 18 dominant performance is exactly what they need.
