Carolina Panthers Ready To Do Anything To Land Star Head Coach

The Carolina Panthers showed plenty of talent and fight late in the season, with an emerging running back duo, a young QB finally showing his potential and a talented defence, and with a Head Coach absence, it's clear that the organization believe hiring the right person could make them a genuine playoff squad in 2023. 

Like so many other teams, Carolina now have their eyes on Super Bowl winning Head Coach and former rival, Sean Payton, with General Manager Dave Tepper stating that the team would 'give him anything he wants' to make him the next Head Coach in Carolina.

Panthers owner David Tepper would give Sean Payton "just about anything he wants" to be the team's coach, one source says. It's not clear, however, how enthusiastic Payton is at this point about the opportunity in Carolina.

Given so many suitors and plenty of talent, the hiring of Payton is going to be one of the biggest storylines this off-season, and with the chance to work with Sam Darnold, D.J. Moore, an incredible running back duo and a great defence, the Panthers are certainly in the running, but aren't considered favourites right now.
