Cincinnati Bengals Lose Tackle to Knee Injury

The Cincinnati Bengals have suffered yet another key injury to their offensive line. Left tackle Jonah Williams exited with a knee injury and did not return. Williams started 16 games for the Bengals this season, earning a 61.2 overall grade from Pro Football Focus for his efforts. He was drafted 11th overall by the Bengals in the 2019 NFL Draft and has appeared in 42 games for the team.

Williams is the third Bengals starting offensive lineman to suffer an injury since Week 16. Right La'el Collins tore his ACL in the team's Week 16 22-18 win over the New England Patriots. Right guard Alex Cappa suffered an ankle injury in Week 18's 27-16 win over the Baltimore Ravens and was unavailable for today's game. If William's injury is serious, the Bengals could be short their three top offensive linemen for a crucial Divisional Round matchup with the Buffalo Bills.
