Colts Interview Packers' Rich Bisaccia For HC Vacancy

The Indianapolis Colts continue their search for a long term head coach.

They completed an interview with Green Bay Packers special teams coordinator Rich Bisaccia, the team announced on Friday.

Bisaccia, who joined the Packers coaching staff after serving as an interim HC for the Las Vegas Raiders in 2021-22, was given a look by the Indianapolis club after an impressive showing when he took over the reigns for the Raiders following the firing of Jon Gruden.

Although Bisaccia did not win the long term job in Las Vegas, his ability to lead them to the playoffs for the first time since 2016 in a season riddled with controversies, showed his skillfulness as a HC that the Colts could decide to hire moving forward.

Bisaccia has also served as an assistant coach for the Cowboys, Chargers, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers in his NFL coaching tenure that started in 2002.
