Indianapolis Colts QB Leaves Game Injured

After receiving a big tackle from Kayvon Thibodeaux, Indianapolis Colts QB Nick Foles suffered an injury and left the game. 

This is certainly not the kind of thing you like to see. When looking at the severity of it, there's a good chance that we have seen the last of Foles this season.

In three appearances on the year with the Colts, he has zero touchdowns to go along with four interceptions.
