Kansas City Chiefs Sign Kicker

Not a good sign for Harrison Butker.

The Kansas City Chiefs have signed kicker Matthew Wright to their practice squad.

With Butker currently listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Las Vegas Raiders due to a back injury, Wright will give the Chiefs some additional kicking depth in case the latter can't go in Week 18.

The twenty-six-year-old has appeared in two games for the Chiefs this season, converting 3-of-4 field goal attempts and 8-of-8 extra point tries. Wright then joined the Pittsburgh Steelers when Chris Boswell went down with injury, converting 12-of-14 field goals and a perfect 7-for-7 extra point attempts.
