Los Angeles Chargers Hire New Offensive Coordinator; Former Cowboys OC

Well, that didn't take long.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Los Angeles Chargers are hiring Kellen Moore as their offensive coordinator.

After agreeing to part ways with the Dallas Cowboys less than 24 hours ago, the Chargers and Moore have already signed a contract.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were reportedly also in on Moore, however, the two sides never got a chance to meet, as the Chargers moved fast to acquire the young coach.

A talented young mind in the game, the thirty-three-year-old Moore also interviewed for the Carolina Panthers' head coaching vacancy before the team decided on bringing in Frank Reich.

Moore goes from Dak Prescott to Justin Herbert, a suitable fit for one of the brightest young stars in the game.
