Minnesota Vikings Right Tackle To Miss Week 18

The Minnesota Vikings lost a crucial Week 17 matchup against the Green Bay Packers, and now, the No. 1 seed in the NFC is out of question, but with a deep playoff run in mind, they have one more regular season matchup to get ready for the post-season against another division rival in the Chicago Bears.

Unfortunately, the last thing they needed was an injury to a key player, and that's what has happened according to Head Coach Kevin O'Connell, who announced that right tackle Brian O'Neill would miss the final regular season game after suffering a 'significant' calf injury in the loss, with no exact timeline yet on a potential return.

In his place, Oli Udoh will start the final game of the year, and if the Vikings are to make it deep into the playoffs, they're very hopeful that he will be able to return in time.
