New England Patriots Targeting Former Texans Head Coach For OC Role

The New England Patriots went with an odd decision in the 2022 season, as they didn't roll with a traditional Offensive Coordinator, instead opting for Matt Patricia to lead the play calling duties, and ahead of 2023, it's clear that they need to change things up.

The offence struggled for a big part of the season due to this, and while there's going to be a few options to fill that role, the team has been linked to a familiar face in recent times, with Alabama Offensive Coordinator Bill O'Brien considered their primary target this off-season.

With plenty of talent on the offensive side of the ball, this Patriots team has a very good chance of turning it around in 2023, but they'll need to add some more weapons and an experienced coordinator, making O'Brien the perfect candidate for New England.
