New Orleans Saints Sign OT to Practice Squad

The New Orleans Saints have made a minor move as they gear up for Week 18, as they have signed Sage Doxtater to their practice squad.

Doxtater will provide the Saints with another potential option for their roster for the final portion of the season. If he ends up impressing at practice during these final few days, it could very well end up leading him to be promoted to their active roster.

No matter what happens on that front, the Saints have simply added to their options by bringing in Doxtater. We will have to wait and see if he can make an impact with the Saints from here. Overall, there is no real harm in the Saints taking a chance on him at this juncture of time.
