NFC Players Of The Week Revealed

The NFC had one spot available for the playoffs heading into Week 18, and despite what was on the line, we saw plenty of thrilling games, and as usual, players stepped up and put it all on the line, and today, The NFL has revealed their NFC Players of the Week for Week 18.

The Detroit Lions may have fallen short of the playoffs, but they were able to upset the Packers in Week 18, and that came on the back of the Offensive Player of the Week, Jamaal Williams, who racked up 72 yards on the ground to go along with two crucial Touchdowns.

Defensively, it was Quandre Diggs getting the nod this week, as he was key in the Seahawks win that would eventually qualify them for the final Wild Card spot, as he was able to rack up 4 tackles, 1 crucial pass defended as well as a massive interception.

As for special teams, no one stood out like Hines in the AFC, but Jake Elliot was crucial in kicking the Eagles to a win over their NFC East rival New York Giants, and with a perfect 5/5 from the field, he was named special teams player of the week.
